What Cloudways manages—and what it does not
Cloudways manages the server layer, application deployment tools, patches within its stack, caching, monitoring and backup controls. It does not turn every application problem into fully managed development. Plugin conflicts, custom code, database design and business continuity remain the owner’s responsibility.
The $11 server is a baseline, not a complete business stack

Backups are configurable and separately metered
